Rocket-Shaped Acrylic Mirror
Add a sense of adventure to any room with this fun rocket-shaped acrylic mirror. Its playful design is perfect for children’s bedrooms, nurseries and playrooms.
Made from 3mm mirrored acrylic rather than traditional glass, it is lightweight and shatter-resistant. The mirror sits flat against the wall for a clean, modern finish and is available in five sizes.
Every mirror is designed, laser-cut and made in our own UK workshop.
Why Choose an Acrylic Mirror?
- Lightweight and shatter-resistant
- Safer than traditional glass in children’s spaces
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
- Flat-backed for a contemporary, flush-mounted appearance
- Easy to install without drilling, nails or screws
- Available in five sizes
- Designed and made in the UK
Please note that all dimensions are measured in centimetres between the mirror’s widest points. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering.
How to Mount Your Mirror
Acrylic mirrors can be mounted in several ways, depending on their size and the chosen surface.
For smaller mirrors, removable adhesive strips or strong double-sided mounting tape may be suitable. For mirrors measuring 50cm or larger, or where a more secure fixing is required, we recommend using a strong adhesive that is compatible with both acrylic and the mounting surface, such as No More Nails.
Always follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the product is suitable for your wall or surface.
Surface Preparation
Before installing your mirror, make sure the surface is:
- Clean and dry
- Flat and smooth
- Free from dust and grease
Do not position acrylic mirrors above or directly against heat sources such as fires or radiators, as excessive heat may cause the acrylic to distort.
When installing a mirror in a bathroom, outdoors or in another area exposed to moisture or changing conditions, use a secure adhesive suitable for acrylic and the intended environment.
Caring for Your Acrylic Mirror
Clean the mirror gently using a soft, non-abrasive cloth with furniture polish or mild soap and water.
Do not use glass or window cleaners, abrasive cleaning products or rough cloths, as these may damage or scratch the acrylic surface.
Please ensure that the mirror is installed securely. We do not accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by unsuitable fixings, incorrect installation or mirrors falling from a surface.
